Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. If you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@chateaubew.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items 

All sales are final. We cannot accept returns. Please contact us at info@chateaubrew.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Chateau Brew is not responsible for lost or stolen items, a tracking number will be provided to you via email, once it says delivered, any lost or stolen items should be taken care of with the postal office.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
